Mobile Bank App from Credit Europe Bank is available to customers 24/7, offering a range of banking services such as loan repayment, money transfers, utility payments, deposits, and currency exchange. With this app, users have quick and convenient access to their accounts, cards, loans, and online banking operations. They can also find information about the nearest branches and ATMs, as well as operating hours and currency rates.

When logging in for the first time, users need to enter their current account, deposit account, or card number and follow the provided instructions. Internet bank users can use the same username and password for the mobile app. It is important to use a mobile phone that is registered with the bank. Additionally, some banking operations require signing a Distant Banking Agreement (DBO) at a branch.

The app offers a variety of popular customer operations:

• Products management: opening and checking the balance of current accounts; performing various card operations such as replenishment, transaction history, expense analysis, cash back, bonus points, card re-issue; viewing full card details; managing card limits; and more
• Deposit operations: opening, closing, partial withdrawal, and replenishment
• Loan operations: checking loan status, repaying full or partial amounts, accessing credit offers and approved credits
• Ordering various types of certificates (Spravka)

The app also allows users to make money transfers and service payments:

• Fast Payment System (SBP) enables transfers by phone number without any commission (profile setup in MB App is required)
• C2C Transfer allows transfers from any bank card to any other bank card if one of those cards is issued by CEB
• Internal transfers between the user's accounts without any commission
• Interbank transfers by bank details without any commission
• Paying for mobile phones, internet services, housing, utilities, tickets, and transport without any commission
• QR-code payment for housing, utilities, taxes, and budget payments without any commission

The app also provides features related to card loyalty programs, cashback, and bonus points:

• Monitoring cashback and bonus status, which can be used to pay for purchases or exchanged into rubles
• Viewing partners for the Card Installments program and using the installment service

Currency exchange is also possible during working days from 09:00 to 18:00 Moscow time, with special rates available for online exchanges. However, if transfers outside of Russia or in foreign currency are needed, the Internet Bank or a branch visit is required since the Mobile Bank app does not support these operations.

The Credit Europe Bank mobile banking application is certified and meets high-security requirements. All financial transactions within the app are confirmed with a one-time password for added security.
